Booking and payments

To have more choice and access the best rates, it's worth booking well in advance; during peak season availability fills up fast, though last-minute requests may still be possible.
The minimum duration depends on the period: in low season a few nights is usually fine, while during peak months and holiday weekends a longer minimum stay may be required.
The total varies based on the number of nights, the vehicle chosen, the kilometer package, requested accessories, and any optional coverage. Booking fees are added on top of the base price.
Yes. A reduced rate is available for bookings made at least 90 days in advance and for stays of at least 7 nights, subject to the conditions stated at the time of booking.
If you book well in advance, an initial deposit is required with the balance due before pickup; for short-notice departures full payment may be required immediately. Payments are made online by card or via bank transfer.
Km, fuel and security deposit
Various kilometer packages are available, from limited daily allowances to unlimited km. The best choice depends on your itinerary and expected distance.
Any extra km are counted at return and charged at the rate set in the contract. If you're planning a long trip, it's best to choose the right package in advance.
No. The campervan is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition; otherwise, refuelling costs plus a service charge will be applied.
Yes. The deposit is held on your credit card and varies depending on the coverage level chosen: higher without additional coverage and reduced with CDW packages.
Insurance, breakdowns and cancellation
Three levels are available: no additional coverage, CDW Basic, and CDW Full. The deductible and residual deposit change at each level, up to the most protective option for greater peace of mind.
Yes. All campervans are covered by third-party liability insurance for damage to third parties; for damage to the rented vehicle, the appropriate optional coverage should be selected.
In the event of an accident, the required documentation must be completed and the team must be notified immediately. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 for breakdowns; avoid making repairs without authorisation.
Refunds depend on the policy chosen at booking: non-refundable, refundable up to 30 days, or refundable up to 48 hours before departure.
Pickup, return and equipment
Standard pickup takes place at the Monza branch. The Fly & Camper service is also available for delivery and pickup at select airports, with specific conditions and costs depending on the rental.
It allows you to pick up and return the campervan directly at the airport, making it easy to combine your flight with an immediate campervan departure without additional stops at the branch.
You'll need a valid driver's licence, an identity document or passport, and a credit card in the driver's name for the deposit hold. If someone else is driving, they must be present with their own documents.
Pick-up and return times are agreed with the team within set operational windows. It's best to confirm the time and method in advance before departure.
Yes. The vehicle is delivered clean, checked, and fully equipped; during check-in you'll be walked through how to operate the systems, water, gas, electricity, and main onboard controls.
Extras and special services
Various extras are available, including a bike rack, child seats, additional kits, outdoor table and chairs, GPS, and other useful travel accessories.
Yes, but the presence of animals must be declared at booking. A cleaning supplement may apply and any damage to the vehicle caused by the pet remains the customer's responsibility.
