These Web3 Terms of Service ("Web3 Terms") govern your use of blockchain and cryptocurrency features on the Waykiko platform. These terms are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By using our Web3 features, including cryptocurrency payments, blockchain authentication, and decentralized storage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Waykiko offers the following Web3 features:

  • Digital Wallet Integration: MetaMask and other wallet support

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying transaction details before confirming
  • Protecting your device from malware and phishing
  • Reporting suspicious activity immediately

5. Smart Contracts and Automation

  • Contract terms are immutable once deployed
  • We use audited and tested contract templates
  • Contract addresses are publicly verifiable
  • You can review contract code before interacting

6. Decentralized Storage (IPFS)

6.2 Storage Limitations

7. NFT Certificates and Loyalty Tokens

  • NFT metadata contains booking details
  • Lost NFTs may be reissued with verification

  • Tokens can be redeemed for discounts and benefits
  • Token economics are subject to change
  • Tokens have no cash value outside the platform
  • We reserve the right to modify token distribution
